▪ Develop and implement policies, plans and procedures to achieve the organization’s sales and profit objectives. ▪ Develop, manage and guide sales activities. ▪ Develop primary sales plan with short and long-range sales objectives. ▪ Design and apply a sales strategy to meet the sales goals. ▪ Direct and coordinate activities to achieve the profit goals. ▪ Collect feedback from customers and compile market research information. ▪ Deal with Key Customers on a personal basis. ▪ Recruit and build a sales team that will cooperate with all departments. Qualifications: Education Level: Diploma holder/University degree required Years Relevant Experience: 3 to 5 years of sales management experience required. ▪ Familiar with plastic resins and/or injection moulding ▪ Excellent track record of annual increased sales. ▪ Excellent communicator. ▪ Enthusiastic, ambitious and self-motivated. ▪ Computer experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook. ▪ Fluent in Putonghua and English. Any other SE Asia language will be a plus. ▪ A strong work ethic, the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and a strong desire to succeed. ▪ Strong business knowledge, professional presentation skills and exceptional problem solving abilities. ▪ Able to work well under the pressure of deadlines; able to cope with multiple demands.
