食品實驗室研究員 location: Shanghai 1. Major Accountabilities 主要職責 Taking overall responsibility of the following areas 主要擔負以下職責: • Technical support for food products in China requirements，trouble shooting role in individual food plant/Customer 面向全國提供食品產品的技術支持工作, 及時解決生產中的技術問題 • Conduct customer technical visits and make product presentations 拜訪客戶并提供產品說明演示 • Identify the customers' needs in lab testing and recommend solutions 在了解客戶需求基礎上制定實驗室的實驗計劃并提供客戶建議與解決方法 2. Position Prerequisites 職位要求 Education教育: MS or PHD in food science, food technology or food engineering. 碩士或博士學位 -食品科學，食品技術，食品工程方面 Experience經驗: 10 years (or above) of industrial experience in food ingredients, preferably hydrocolloids or flavors, or food product development. 十年（或以上）在食品添加劑行業的從業經驗，具有親水膠體（高分子多糖），香料及食品配料開發的相關從業經驗者優先 Skills & Competency 技能和勝任能力: • Experience in prepared foods is probably the best, such as coated foods, sauces, dressings, soups, but bakery, beverage, or meat could be of interest. 最好具有精細食品方面的從業經驗，如食物表面裹粉，醬料，調味品，湯料等， 其中具有食物烘焙，酒水飲料和肉類加工的相關經驗者優先 • Ability to communicate in English and Chinese (written and oral) 可以使用中英文進行書面/口頭交流 • Computer skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel strongly preferred 能夠熟練使用微軟Word, PowerPoint和Excel軟件 • Lab supervisory experience preferred 具有實驗室管理經驗者優先 • Candidates must be comfortable working with customers and all levels of our global organization 能夠與客戶及公司上下員工進行很好的溝通與合作
