JOB TITLE：LAB ANALYST 分析實驗員 Job Description (no less than 5 items): Please note the job description will be included in the offer letter and probation evaluation form as employment requirements. 1).Perform standardized laboratory tests to verify chemical characteristics or composition of raw materials, HPC and Foods products. Instruments involved may include, but not limited to: UV, IR, HPLC, HPLC-MS, GC, GC-MS, etc. 2).New analytical method development as needed. 3).If needed (or qualified), work with 3rd. party labs to ensure on time delivery and QA 4).Actively and precisely following all safety requirements, lab SOP’s, and company procedures in ensuring safe handling of chemicals, materials, and equipments. 5).Performing routine laboratory support and maintenance. Position Requirements: 1. SOL: (Choose at least 2 SOL for WL2+) Global Mindset Real Accountability External Orientation Action not DebateTeam Alignment Build Superior Talent 2. Professional Skills: Knowledge in the following areas: 1). Basic Analytical Chemistry course work; 2). Lab safety; 3). Able to follow SOPs written in English; 4). Able to follow written experimental procedures; 5). Working experience in Analytical lab is a must.
