　　本廠于1999年建辦，主要生產造紙用漿內和表面施膠劑。隨著造紙產品的要求不斷提高，對施膠劑也提出了新的要求，即成本低、質量好。為此，本廠與有關科研機構合作研制生產了新一代表面施膠劑，完全可代替進口同類產品，是目前國內表面施膠劑中先進的產品。該產品主要特點是用量少、成本低、質量穩定，無熟化期，無返潮，成膜性好，同時提高紙張的適印性能，杜絕掉毛掉粉。適用于高強瓦楞紙、牛皮箱板紙、白板紙、文化用紙的生產。
